Three Alarm Pizza
1 12-inch Mama Mary's Gourmet Pizza Crust olive oil to mist crust 3/4 cup Ragu® Pizza Quick® Sauce 1 small red onion, diced 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded 3/4 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on a vented pizza pan or large baking sheet; mist crust and rim with olive oil. Spread sauce over crust, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Distribute sausage and onion over the pizza. In a small bowl combine the shredded Mozzarella and Pepper Jack cheeses; top pizza with combined cheeses. Reduce oven temperature to 425°F. Keeping the pizza on the pan, bake for 10 minutes. Remove pizza from pan, place directly on oven rack and bake an additional 3 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, allow to cool slightly, slice and serve. Yields 8 slices.
