Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe

- Your new favorite pizza that has that desired Mexican flair.
Ingredients
- 1 12″ Original Gourmet Crust
- 1/2 cup Gourmet Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 orange pepper, sliced
- 2 cup chicken breasts, fully cooked and sliced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush olive oil on crust. Spread sauce on crust.
- Cook chicken thoroughly until done per package instructions. Sprinkle cheese on crust. Add chicken, onion, mushrooms and pepper to crust.
- Place pizza in the oven on center rack for 8-10 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese. 4. Remove from oven. Slice and serve.
Grilling Instructions
- Place pizza in grill with lid closed for 5-7 minutes on pizza stone or using indirect heat, until toppings are warmed and crust is golden brown.
Tips
Placing crusts directly over the flames can burn the crust quickly. We recommend using a pizza stone or using indirect heat.
