Greek Feta Veggie Recipe

- An unconventional pizza with a Greek flair.
Ingredients
- 1 12″ Thin & Crispy Gourmet Crust
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 oz minced garlic
- 8 oz fresh spinach
- 4 oz fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz roasted red peppers
- 4 oz Kalamata olives, optional
- Olive oil
Directions
- Spread olive oil evenly all over Mama Marys crust, and set aside.
- Preheat grill with lid closed.

Spread garlic all over crust leaving ½ inch border. Add spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, olives and feta.
Grilling Instructions
- Place pizza in grill with lid closed for 5-7 minutes on pizza stone or using indirect heat, until toppings are warmed and crust is golden brown. Slice and serve.
Tips
Placing crusts directly over the flames can burn the crust quickly. We recommend using a pizza stone or using indirect heat.
