Green Chili Chicken Pizza Recipe

- Pizza topped with chicken, green chiles and queso fresco.
Ingredients
- 1 12″ Thin & Crispy Gourmet Crust
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, more to taste if desired
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread the sauce over pizza and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese. Top pizza with chicken, green chilies and the remaining cheddar cheese. Add onions and sprinkle queso fresco on top of onions.
- Place pizza in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pizza is hot. Slice and serve.
