Mexican Pizza Recipe

- Black beans, avocado and tortilla chips make up the toppings for this pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 Stone Fired Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup refried black beans
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup tortilla chips
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spread beans evenly across crust. Add avocados and cheese.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven, add lettuce, tomato and tortilla strips to top of pizza. Slice and serve.
